About Bingham Dispute Resolution

Attorney, Mediator & Arbitrator

After nearly 23 years of representing clients in often highly contested divorce cases, I transitioned my practice to focus primarily on serving as a family law mediator, arbitrator, conciliator, and special master for private clients, attorneys, and the Probate and Family Court. Having handled hundreds of complex divorce cases, I understand the emotional and financial costs that divorce litigation imposes on families, as well as the variable results, which create greater instability for families in crisis.

Mediation and alternate private forums provide families the option to resolve disputes and negotiate durable and creative agreements that are customized to the family’s needs outside of the courtroom. In my practice, I leverage my skills, experience, and professional network of affiliated professionals, to help clients find creative solutions to re-organize their families and financial futures.

I am an adjunct professor at Babson College in the Law and Accounting Department.
